The Movers and Shakers award honors leaders and entrepreneurs for their business achievements and significant contributions to the community. The HR Impact Leader award recognizes leaders in the HR Industry for their significant contributions to the industry.  Dunleavy was honored at an awards ceremony on September 22, 2008 at the North Raleigh Hilton and was profiled in the March and September editions of Business Leader magazine and in the March edition of Women In The Triangle.
